Other duties include managing freelance staff, tracking job progress, securing print templates, prepping files for pre-press, working closely with art directors to assure adherence to strict corporate guidelines, and acting as liaison between the pre-press house and the rest of the team.

Worked directly with designers & art directors on a variety of projects, including product packaging, four-color print collateral, die-cut promotional materials, and sales brochures for such clients as Gardenburger, Nestlé Foods and Union Bank of California. Other duties included creating mock-ups and dummies for distribution to clients, maintaining the daily & weekly backup of files, organizing client information, and archiving production files.
